Which is better, La Roche-Posay or Vichy?
Effectiveness I used it for 3 months in a row before switching to La Roche Posay Astringment. I find the Vichy toner is little milder & soothing than La Roche Posay Astringent. Vichy's toner contains Thermal Spring Water, which is very soothing in nature, hence Vichy wins here.
What’s the difference between Cerave and La Roche-Posay?
They're both made by L'oréal and very similar in many ways. LRP is much more results oriented and more refined. If you want correction LRP is better, if you're sensitive and need a basic nourishing routine, Cerave is good. I use both, alongside my medical grade products.
